Anyone else banned for 11 years?

I've been trying to log on to some old accounts coming off a 3 year break, and I finally got one!
Turns out.. my ban will be lifted in 95,549 hours... aka... 11 years.
uhhhhhhhhhh what?

 

My mate got 10.150hs 2 yrs ago.

 

lmao it makes no sense.

 

1 account thats banned for +/- 8 years, another thats permed.

 

It's just the way the system shows a perm ban. Notice the time never goes down any if you were to try to login the next day. The ban won't be lifted in 11 years, 11 years from now it will still say 11 years left.

 

You must have raped or murdered someone over RS for that ban...

 

Look on the bright side Runescape will be long dead by then.

 

Shittt it's dead already, I was just trying to see whats up with an account i already have.. have'nt touched runescape in nearly 2-3 years...

The WORST part about it... was like i said before, I havn't played runescape in 2-3 years...
I finally found an account to recover... and i see it's banned... check my emails.. this account got banned like 2 months ago for botting... Im so confused!!!!!!

 

Tbh jagex doesn't even know what they're doing, they just throw around bans..

I've actually seen this before, there was a suspected formula that a bot service worked out, it's the amount of hours or botting (or suspected botting) with some other stuff done to it, which gives the time of the ban.

 

Wow, they really are cracking down on botters, i botted 60-78 wc and got permed lol
