How should I equip for duel?

I have an account with 88 ranged and 40 def,str,att. I used to duel on this account using karils crossbow a few years ago. Now I guess there are other wepons. How should I equip today? Everything is soo different. Please help :love:

 

rune cbow + rune kite shield if you were staking with shield on.

if not use rune knives/obby rings and switch to rune cbow for no arm fights

 

Fun duels I assume? From what I've heard about EoC, the Royal Crossbow is a very good range weapon

 

But is the rune cbow really good? And I dont genarally stake that high so rings and knife are mostly too expensive for profit. EDIT: Looked up the prices no and lol, they have gone waaay down

No I was gonna stake. I dunno even about the stake system nowadays. I assumed it was as before.

 

With Eoc, you can't use rune kite until 50 def. It sucks, I know.

 

There are a few good setups, which all hve their own advantages

- Royal Crossbow
- Dual Choatics
- Crystal Bow

For armour, it all depends on the budget, I'll list them cheapest -> most expensive

- Black D'Hide
- Karils
- 3a Ranged
- Pernix

The more you want to risk, the more you want to spend.
