This website is so misleading. if your password is stored in an md5,sha1 (EVEN PLAINTEXT) algorithm (witch alot of websites still do) than this don't mean shit.

 

Agree with above;

Every time I have a password it says it's strong anyways - like on actual sites when creating an account. Yet this site says its not; (Not that I'm actually typing my password in here) But it seems only length can define a strong password. Not sure if it's just a troll site.

there are +- 86 symbols that you can use for password.

if you have password lenght of 6 characters 86 ^ 6 = 4704270176 (4.7 billion) password combinations.
Thats quite damm alot, avarage pc takes tons of years to go through all that ....

Quite the upgrade. Now they can use all the passwords we entered to try and crack passwords.

You password is rarely stored without a salt. Sythe used to not salt their stored passwords. Nowadays password cracking is more about how much space can be stored for the dictionary or rainbow table attack rather than how long it will take, and there isn't remotely enough space for that.
