How safe is Scythe?

When I went to real world trade for games, I'd typically go to playerauctions, but I recently got scammed on there. I made a dispute, the scammer didn't even respond to it but it closed in his favor.

How often does stuff like that happen on here? Any type of security or anything making it so people aren't encouraged to scam?

Avoid to go first for new user use middle man always , or buy from trusted or Mod member thats will be better idea.

 

I would only do business with people who have a lot of rep. But even they can scam, so just be careful with who you trade with. Do NOT buy accounts from anyone with no rep. Only buy them from people with a shit load of vouches that are not from buying gp from sites.

If you're trading safely and being cautious with who you're trading with, it's practically risk free.

 

Sythe is probably one of the more safer alternatives personally. But it’s like any other site, trade at your own risk. As in i wouldn’t trust people who joined 30 minutes ago asking to be trusted with 100$ trades or things of that nature. It all really boils down to being safe on your end.

 

Basically this. There's a world of a difference in vouches from people who constantly buy gp and others who actually are trusted with others accounts and services.

As long as you know what you're doing and be careful who you trade with, you shouldn't encounter any problems.

 

A Scythe isn't very safe..

Sythe however, for the most part, is safe if you're following all the guidelines/stickies for safe trading.

"Too good to be true deals dont exists" where to good to be true deals are all outstanding in price from competitors prices eg newcomers offering 10% more for your gp than gold shops and even going first to you
