need help plz read!!!!!!

dont know if this is right section or not but i currently have 300 dollers paypal and wont let me send just made the acc 2 weeks ago and says sending limit i want to know if theres a way. WOnt let me send a penny.......... ive never sent a doller to any one...

Dont say bank account or credit card if theres any other way please post and help me if ur way works will be a reward

 

Has your account been limited for any reason? If you log in and out, it should tell you if your account is limited.

Or does it have any kind of error message when you try and send?

when i click to find out how i limit says bank pin or card

 

If it's limited I believe you need to enter details to get it unlimited.

 

If it's a USA paypal... you can't send anything until you do one of 3 things.

1) Add a bank account. This will make you a Verified member, and give you unlimited sending limit because it can draw from your bank.

2) Add a credit card. This will not make you a Verified member, but will give you a $5000 sending limit.

3) Apply for a PayPal credit card. This will make you a Verified member, will allow you to send however much you want, but you can't exceed your balance.

Those are the only ways to do it.

 

I think the only way to do this without a bank, is to get a paypal debit card.

 

it ask u for ur socail security number and other stuff for it and dont want to do it so only wat is bank or that i guess??
