How safe is it to RWT via drop trading?

This was a big thing some time ago I'm sure Jagex has made their adjustments.
The detection methods are not only looking for trades/duels.. even ironmans who die with their bank can get banned easily.
This kind of droptrades even got intercepted by 3rd parties a lot so I don't think the buyer/seller is too happy about this method.

No different than straight-off trading in my opinion. What has an effect in my opinion, is well-executed trades through the duel arena. It'll take a bit of time though, so I personally just do typical trades and just do duel arena trades when the person I'm trading with prefers it.

IMO I just would not drop trade unless you’re doing it by yourself or with someone you know IRL.

There are a few cases here over the past few months where people have denied receiving funds or lost money doing this as opposed to just straight up trading.

RWT is against the rules, of Jagex is going to ban you they’re gonna ban you whether it’s a drop trade or not. Nevertheless, remain safe when trading / swapping and just stick with the mechanics the game provides.

RWT never is safe, if Jagex had good customer service I would say more people would be banned but the customer service is absolutely disgusting and any mistake..B00M you are screwed.

imo I don't think it matters.. the way I think it works is, as soon as an account loses/gets rid of a significant amount of gold it appears in their system as [-[GOLD AMOUNT], and when a player recieves it it will be obvious within seconds as to their intentions with the gold, whether it be rwt... playing etc.

so it really doesn't matter in my opinion..

 

i think it looks sketchy in the drop/trade logs when they see someone dropped 250m and someone else picked it up then if you just traded it straight up. just my OP

 

To be honest .. trading through the duel arena is probably the smartest method.

A bit more effort. Affective though.
