How risky is ordering 1B RS3?

Is there much risk involved in buying bulk RS3 GP these days?

I plan to buy ~1B RS3 and have it traded directly to my main account.

Is there a ban risk or any other consequences?

 

I'd say u have a 0% chance of being banned.

I've kept 10b+ rs3 on a mule before, the only people I've EVER heard of getting banned is Chinese rs3 sellers.

I bought once 1.7b rs3 never got banned, so i think ur fine

When they released RS Bonds the ex-head of the company stated that 40%+ of the players of runescape at the time were buying gold. A couple of years on, this figure is likely to have increased.

They won't ban buyers often because buyers are their customers, continue to play the game and are likely to engage in membership subscriptions and/or microtransactions.

Sellers however, often do not play the game, unless they're a small time real world trader.

Even websites holding gold on level 3 mules which stand in one place, login on a VPS and never engage with players other than trading often do not get banned for many months until a wave happens.

I could write ten pages on both FACTS and THEORIES behind this, but in short it would make no logical sense for jagex to punish the buyer, when they can focus on making it harder for the gold seller whom's only motive is to profit from the currency of runescape.

 

I dont think you will get banned, try to avoid using a level 3

Yeah, doubt you'd get banned for buying so small. I've bought 3B+ at once and never got banned.

 

I buy and sell bils all the time, I have yet to ever receive a RWT ban.

 

Whenever you RWT any amount you have a chance of ban

 

Don't purchase from a chinese reseller and you'll be ok

 

With 1B there is a risk to get banned but it will be very small.
