Isn't useful at all after 5 years, this guide is pretty flawed.

I guess it's helpful for anything under 5 years though. It can be kinda nice to know though.

 

I stated the requirements at the top of the guide.

I don't no what you mean by flawed though, only thing flawed is that a retard cant use it cause they wont be able to do the math and subtract the months etc.
