Has a great rep.

Good for money making.
Would come with armour and whip.

Lol i think with the barrows and stuff u can sell for like.. 15m? for just the account whoitout membership i think around 5-10m

 

Personally, I would pay 5M(without the whip/armor). Maybe more, depending on quests. I think the pray lvl is damn nice.
