Christmas Eve Dinner: Depends - if with immediate family, 20 bucks. If with extended family + people I don't know, give me 100.

Hanging out with friends: Depends on who, but to bring this thing out into public would command at least 100 dollars for my troubles.

The Mall: $500 - I'd get some weird ass looks probably.

A school sporting event: $750. Most student sections are rabid, I don't think I'd want to be caught dead wearing this unless I was getting paid a shitload.
