How much to buy a partyhat

I really want a partyhat. Preferably not a purple one, but don't really know anything about Partyhat prices.

What would be a good price in RS3GP or $ that I could get a partyhat?

And am I generally going to get a phat for more or less of it's equivalent gold value?

 

I think they're all over 3b now. Blues like 8b? Just do a Google search, there's a thread on the official Rs forums that keeps up with the prices.
