How much money is average to take out with you?

On average around $200-$300+. At parties maybe $20 but most of the time I don't even need the money.

 

Dinner with a girlfriend: Probably around $100 USD
Partying: $20-30 USD
Hanging out with friends/normal day: $20 USD

 

You could always leave your money at home. Most taxi companies would drive you home and let you run inside to grab your money (here at least). Then you don't risk losing it at the party.

 

I'm only 17 so I won't be partying really till October, but I use my debit card for pretty much everything.

 

No more than £50 if I am going out with friends etc.

I just use my Debit Card to buy most of my things since i always have it on me. I also don't go out and party at bars and such so I'm safe on my spending limits.

 

On a friday, wheres its £2 a pint, usually take about £30 out with me. Taxi's are only £2.50.

I'll usually get another £20 out during the night.

 

I'd say about $40-$60 is good.

 

Out to dinner I'll take about 40 quid and then if I'm going out drinking then I'll take about 30. A pint is about 3-4 quid where I live so that's enough to buy a few rounds and get a taxi home.

 

I normally try to keep around $50-$100 in cash on me in case I can't use my debit card for something. Hell, when I was in Germany, I normally kept $100 and €100 on me at all times.

 

$100 +/- plus debit card and a few credit cards.

Same amount when going to parties etc.

Only time I'll leave money and credits cards at home is when I had to go into the ghetto for a service learning project for school. Would take $5 + my bus pass and IDs. Left everything else in the dorms.

I usually take all that I have out with me. I don't have a bank account. Theres been a few times I've walked around with 5 grand or more in my wallet. But as I no longer have any good "connections" or a job, you can usually find a max of $50 in my wallet and a handfull of change in my vest.

 

I barely ever have cash on my. I just use my card most of the time.

 

Lets say for example I go for dinner, then pre drink and club:

Dinner=$40-60 bucks for the meal and a couple drinks
Pre-Drink=$50 for a 26 but usually me and my friends grab a 40 between two of us(usually at least 4 of us go out)
Taxi down=$40
Club=Easy $250
Taxi Back=$40

 

Why would you take all with you lol, just hide it in your house or in a safety place. Taking 5 grand in your wallet is extremely risky and I am telling you this in a friendly way of course
