How much is this worth?

I have an Xbox Live account, I haven't used in a while, and I just recently got an offer of $55 Paypal for it, but I don't know how much the account is worth, so is this a good deal?

Yes, all legit, and the guy made the offer without knowing the download history, just the info I posted.
He seems genuine, and agreed to go first.

 

$55 seems very good, as you can (at the moment ) get month gold codes for $2 each and people will mod your gamerscore free/a few $$ on here

so unless theres stacks of brand new DLC on it its worth no were near $55 so sell.

 

I would need to say 55-60 Is a good price.

 

Ok, thank you guys for your opinion, I've never bought or sold an account before and I actually sold my 360 over a year ago, so I'm completely lost on the subject.
