they charge about 5% of the trade, how ever not many people will use an omm for account trades because omms cant exactly ensure safety to the person buying the account

I'd take rsgp tbh, or Western union so they cant charge you back, but if they do charge u back im sure you can recover the account anyway.
 
I don't need rsgp as I'm going to quit rs. So western union would be far more safer than paypal?
