How Much Exp/Hour At Spiders

In f2p, training on the spiders in SOS. Using full rune, salmon/trout as food.

I have 65 attack, 70 Strength.

I'm wondering approximately how much exp per hour I will get at the spiders?

I'd recommend deadly red spiders. I don't think you'll get very efficient training at SOS yet.

 

probably 30k str/att/def xp an hour

 

From 20k to 30k xp per hour, depends on concentration

 

probably around 35k an hour in f2p with those stats

 

25k xp/hour.

 

with 70 str 40k maxed an hour

 

Uhm thats where I train all the time F2p/P2p.
I use Rune and Trout aswell.
I get around 30k per trip. Like 1k Per min, maybe less. Buts its good xp.

 

I'd say around 30K an hour

 

Didn't say defense level, everything said so far is prolly off by a lot, defense matters a LOT.
