How much does 99 range cost?

I want to do chinning from 70 to 99 range

 

My rough estimate:

70 - 99 with void / rangers / book of law / archers ring etc - 55M~ (red chins)

70 - 99 with basic 1 defence chinning gear - 75M~ (red chins)

 

around 60-80m

 

You need 12,296,804 experience to reach 99. On average you get 250 exp per red chinchompa used in ape atoll. That means you'll need 49,187 red chins. Round that off to 50k, and it'll cost you approximately 74m for 99 range.

 

Depends on what gear you have access to. When I chinned 70-99 range on my 1 def pure with max range bonus, it cost around 100-110m with black chins. Having void and salve ammy (ei) will cut down costs significantly.

 

Really depends on your gear that you have, use void if you can, get it if you can use it but don't have it. Also get a salve amulet.

 

I'm currently 90 ranged and I did 61-90 in like 2 weeks by afking NMZ with full void and rune xbow with broad bolts. costs next to nothing with the absorb method and its very afk (used to be like 1 hour 100% afk with 99def before patch, now its 20 mins at a time but you only need to click once to reset the 20 min timer)
its pretty good if your sitting at a computer anyways doing work, homework, class or whatever else. you tab in once every 20 min, re apply super ranging and absorbs and youre good to go
im getting 60k xp an hour at 90 ranged, but with blowpipe you can probably get 85 to 90k an hour but its more expensive

 

Get void and it's cheaper. Get archers ring and its cheaper. Gets archers ring (i) and it's cheaper. Invest time into untradables such as void and nmz, and you'll get it for substantially cheaper. Obvious but true.
