If you have cash, but not enough for glided alter, I'd suggest get 99 prayer via Ectofunctus. From about 70, I'd say it's about 140M-150M.

Damn that's cheaper than I thought.

Yeahhh it can cost 250m but if you do sw or even bot sw it can be fast and cheap

ecto is unbelievably slow. you would be beter off just doing guilded alters then making the money back training str attk or whatever. you would save time in the end.
