how much can i spend on player auction without doing ID thing?~please help.

Well ive been reading on other threads that you have to send id or something which im 15 so i don't have all i have is a birth ceritcate...And im wanting to buy 250mil RSGP anyway around not sending ID?just let them call me?as i do not want to send info :X i just wanna sign up send the money and recieve my gold no hassle.

i've never used it personally but what i've HEARD from other people is that you only need Picture ID and stuff if the trade is over 200$ ?

exceed that and they'll ask your ID, although it sometimes happens earlier or just never
