How many times a day do you brush your teeth?

Morning and Night. I don't really use mouth wash, unless my breath absolutely stinks, which it never does (it kills all the good bacteria in your mouth, so in the long run, it's worse).

Always twice - I've had chronic toothache before and never again will I suffer it xD I sometimes do it three or four times if I go out for lunch and I just feel I need to freshen up, aha.

 

I do it about once a month, its surprising cause I smoke and am overweight, yet my teeth are good, course there not pearl white but my dentist says there real good, just need to brush more regularly.

Its not cause I'm a tramp or owt, I just forget.

I try to do them before I go to bed as well but I normally don't get round to it, like 2 or 3 times a week I do.

 

Anywhere from once a week to once a month. I drink alot of alcohol regularly to kill the pain in my mouth and im sure this also kills germs, but I dont floss at all. My teeth are fucked from grinding them and alot of them are chipped and broken from my ex throwing bottles and phones and shit at me, Theyre all busted up and broken so I dont care much about my teeth anymore, why polish a turd, it wont make it pretty

Lol.. Brushing your teeth twice a day isn't a big deal? It's 4 minutes a day while the majority of users here spend 1 hour+ on Sythe, if your teeth are healthy and your breath doesn't stink, then fine, but if they aren't then thats just lazy.

 

Gotta brush your teeth after every meal to keep your pearly whites!

 

I brush my teeth once a day. I don't drink soft drink, and my water has fluoride in it so I think I'm relatively fine. I've had numerous checkups with no problems. I have an issue where my gums bleed, but my dentist told me it's nothing to worry about I just have ultra-sensitive gums.

 

Once, my gums are pretty sensitive. If I have eaten some candy or something I will do them twice. I do use mouth wash twice a day tho. Also I floss once or twice a week.

The X ruined my teeth, but I try to brush at least in the morning as my mouth gets dry during the night and if I don't brush, then I might as well shoot myself.

Rarely floss.

 

Twice a day, I really can't be bothered doing it after every meal, as it means I'd have to go and brush my teeth at school lol.

 

I used to do that, but when I had braces... braces were worse enough to have during highschool but wat was worse was having food in your braces, so i dun care.
