How many seconds in between clicks for autoalch?

I have an auto clicker im using for alching, is there a time interval that is perfect? It's in seconds & milliseconds, thanks

I use Govind's Auto clicker (an admin here at sythe) I use 50 second interval option, and set it to 1 second. I highly recommend his auto clicker, it has the 50 second interval as mentioned so that it's never exactly 1 second every click.
