Around 1k chins every 200k experience. Work it out from there

Problem is, i really doubt if i will get 200k exp per 1k chin, cause i can't wear void, or i can afford ranger boots or robin hood hat.. I can get black d hide coif, but it's +7 for range attack, where RBH is like +10.

it's about 60k to 65k chins

Get at least 85 range first, before chinning.
It'll save you a LOT of money. It really isn't worth chinning at your level.

chins will net you around ~180k xp/1k chins

at 90+ ranged you'll be getting like 230k+ xp per 1k, assuming you have max ranged boost using range pots/eagle eye
