How many posts do you think are "Bumps?"

My bumping so I can post in spam

 

I'm sure prior to bumping bots and when the forums were more community-oriented, the number of actual posts were much higher.

good question maybe 60% could be more. With the autobump feature they sure are higher than before

That is a goyim term I am unfamiliar with sadly.

 

Not without seeing more search results than normal users (or most mods) can see. Part of the problem is that people bump with other text than just "bump" so it would be hard to figure out.

Rough math would be 200 in the last 3 hours (3-6pm ET on a Saturday). At 1,600/day, we'd be at 584k/year * 15 years or so = 8.76m posts that are just "bump." I suspect the true number is closer to 75%.
