How many hours of sleep do you have a day?

Now, I am able to sleep 7 - 8 hours and can fall asleep. Have semi-beaten my insomnia of over 4 years a few months ago.

 

About 7 Hours on Weekdays!

 

I'd say 3-5 hours per night.
Very hard to fall asleep..

 

Mine also varies by the day, on weekdays it's usually around 7 hours, and on weekends it ranges a lot from 2-8 hours of sleep.

 

On weekdays usually 5-6 hours and on weekends 7-10 hours >_<

I usually get 8-6 just depends really. Some days I don't have enough time to go to the gym in the morning and I go there at night I usually end up staying a bit later then normal. Which obviously means less hours I can sleep before needing to wake up and leaving for the day.

Weekends, usually 6-4 hours. Gotta get the gaming time in I lose in the week.

 

I used to sleep for 6 hours or so, but ever since I started playing more computer I've been sleeping for at least 8 hours.. if not I'd be so sleepy the next day.

Too much computer is a bad habit that I need to get rid off

 

I would say around 6-8 hours. My dog usually wakes me up crying to eat or something.

It's not really consistent anymore. Between 3-10. If I'm tired, I'll take a nap, and if I need to stay up, I'll just stay up. Even if I can sleep in, sometimes I'll just take the 6 hours I got so I can get up and do something.

I generally get 3-4 5 nights a week and the 2 days I'm off I get 7-10.. Really depends on what I am doing though.

 

I've been going to sleep before 9 lately, getting like 10-12 hours .

Really varies based on what I have to do the day.

If I work or have school, 4-5 hours of sleep max and my days off, 11 hours due to accumulation.

 

I end up getting 6-8 hours a night no matter what.

Sucks to suck. :/
