How many hours do you sleep every night?

tbh 2 times a week, no bullshit

 

Right now I have PT three times a week, and every night I go to bed around 1-2AM regardless of how early I have to get up. Therefore, sometimes I get 3 hours and sometimes I get 7-8 hours. The days stagger so every other day is a short sleeping period.

 

I usually get about 6 hours of sleep per night.

 

Probably around 8 but I tend to be more active during the day when I get like 10-12.

 

I aim for around 7 hours of sleep and on weekends usually obtain around 8 hours a night. I like to stay consistent with my sleeping pattern because it leaves me plenty of time on weekends and also has no weird effects on my body from a changing sleeping pattern.

When I have work + school, 6 hours during weekdays, 12-14 hours on weekends.

 

Depends.

On an amphetamine: 0-.5, occasionally 1 if I try really hard.
Normal: 4-6

I'm an amphetamine lover, so usually the 0-30 minutes, but I cope.

 

Probably around 5-7, depends on the day though. Sometimes alot less, sometimes alot more.

 

8-10 hours during the weekend, 5-7 hours during the week.

 

On the weekend, I'll sleep around 9-10 hours
but school days I'll get around 7-8 (But I like to have a little nap when I get home)

4-9 hrs, if I were to go on a schedule again I'd feel much better with a steady amount (~8 hrs)

 

Over the past 51 hours, with no amphetamines, minimal caffeine intake, less than 10 grams of sugar ingested, even, I've only managed two hours of sleep.

Thank you so much, oh merciful god who SO OBVIOUSLY EXISTS UKNO, of ours, for allowing such bullshit as chronic insomnia, clinical depression (for no goddamn reason, I get to stay up all night AND be sad as fuck, THANKS JESUS), so yeah. Not really enjoying the past few days of sleep.

school days: at least 8 hours
weekends: like 10-11 hours (sleep late wake up late)

 

8-11 hours, just recently I have less hours for some strange reason...

 

Yeah, usually around 8 hours. Depends on if I have work to do though/commitments etc.
