How many hours do you sleep every night?

I'm trying to get more of "beauty sleep", but for now it's about 6-7 hours/night.

 

On average about 8-9 Hrs

 

I usually try to get 8-12 hours, though during university I get about 5 thanks to 8 am classes and a 2 hour commute >_<

Right now my sleep schedule is really messed up as I keep switching from 1AM-11AM shifts to 4AM-12PM shifts. Just the three hour difference really messes with your body schedule. Last night I slept through a bunch of the day and woke up for a couple hours and napped until shift started again.

 

Literally 3 to 5 hours. I get off at 10:00pm and then i got homework from earlier in the day

 

8Hours and rest of the 24hours I'm awake.

 

8-10 hours daily, although when I have nothing to do I can sleep a lot longer (12+).

 

i try to average 8-9

 

I'd say around 8 ~ish, although it's usually half of that at a time depending on what I have to do at that time.

 

I'd like to be at 6-7... But I find myself waking up at noon lately

 

7-9 hours of sleep

 

Like I've said before 5 hours can't make money while u sleepin'

Normally 7hours, sometimes 5. Recently i've been waking up a lot during the night making it much harder to sleep though.
