How long usit until an account lock wears off?

My account was locked about 3 months ago after someone tried hacking into it and i sent off a recovery appeal. The appeal was failed and i've sent 5 more recovery appeals all with significant data. I know the account is still locked as when i enter my password it says my account is locked and not incorrect password.

I just wanted to know how long it is before the locked accounts are dropped?

Ok heres what to do:

After every appeal, you know that code you get, well you use it in your next appeal. E.g:

1234567-khljl-768585

Use that code in that box where it states can you give any more information. Then you say stuff like, from my last appeal, you asked for these details. So here they are: xxx, yyy, zzz etc etc

Also, give information on bank pins, friendslist, skills you had at a certain time, e.g. you might be able to tell them two years ago you had 26 mining or something like that. Also, possibly give details on how you trained your account, what time you usually log into the account and creation date, ISP are bonuses.

The key is to link all the appeals using that code so that if you DO forget to give information in your new appeal, the chances are you would have given it in a former appeal.

With that method, I've unlocked an account from which I didn't know the creation date or ISP.

 

I've sent appeal 5 days ago still they havent accepted or nothing.

As far as i know, accounts will never get unlocked by themselves.
The only way is through a successful appeal, so good luck.

 

Cheers but im sure i've heard of accounts being unbanned after certain periods of time, i wondered if that was the same if they wee locked?

Accounts are never unlocked after a certain amount of time without an appeal.

It's easy to unlock accounts if you have significant data, I've unlocked 10+ accounts probably over 5 times each.

Protip: The last box of extra information is where you need to try your hardest.

 

A lock on runescape is for an indefinite period of time. When appealing try to include the possible dates of creation in the last box. You could try listing the months of possible creation and state that you are not exactly in the know of the exact month because it was a while ago.

Eg: I am the true owner of this account, but unfortunately I don't remember the exact month of creation as it was quite a while ago. I believe it was created in 2005 in months x, y, or z.

In my appeal, i offered to suck off everyone at jagex, my appeal was accepted, i had to suck alot of penis, but it worked.
