    Not sure what the rules are for links. It was from a Lancet article titled "Influence of violent media on children and adolescents" by spitzer.

    I wrote a paper about this a while ago. I can go back and post my references if you want to read more into it.

    tbh, i only use the computer to gamble lol, other than that. its pointless, i realized after years of gaming, gaming isn't going to get you anywhere in life, its just there to satisfy you in that moment.

    How long should a child be allowed to watch screens?

    I was allowed a maximum of 1 hour until i was 16, at which point i was so used to being active i wouldn't go more than that, until i turned 19 and began a major in engineering and i had to haha.
