    how has sythe not been sued by jagex yet?
    you guys remember fagex.net? similar site to sythe, but was taken down by jagex. why hasnt the same thing happened to sythe yet?

    I’ve thought the same thing. Maybe they know they will lose a lot of player base if they do so. Why hasn’t World of Warcraft shut down Sythe or Owned Core

    Jagex benefits in certain ways from aspects of botting/RWT including memberships etc. Just an idea.

    Well, I don't think RWT sites in general harm Jagex as much as they say. The gold is still there, just moving hands. All it really hurts is the people who don't/can't buy gold.

    Figured it was something like this. Same thing happens when Jagex tries to go after RSPS, they just move hosting out of their jurisdiction.

    Fagex might've lied about why they were taken down, numerous sites have done this in the past to be able to disappear. Although having the name fagex would've allowed for a copyright claim to be filed, as @Sythe said there's nothing illegal on this site that they can use.

    how has sythe not been sued by jagex yet?
    Because there nothing breaking any laws.
    Since it the game being mentioned and no copyright law's being broken...
    It's like if I was new outlet making an paper on coke, coke couldn't sue me for mentioning their name...But when p sever comes out it could be a problem since it a direct copy of there game... we'll have to wait and see tho
