Are you able to chargeback payments @ Moneybookers (skrill)?

Title says it all.

Since there are quite a lot of new members @ this site, I was wondering if Moneybookers is a safe payment site so that I don't get chargebacked?

 

It is possible but a lot less likely, you can't just open a dispute at the click of a button you have to chase it up and actually talk to someone. Also they do cover virtual goods trades so as long as you can provide proof of delivery you should be good.

 

I was supposed to sell some CS:GO items for Skrill. How do I keep myself 100% safe from not getting scammed at that point? Like, what is my proof that can help me from not getting chargebacked.

 

Just make sure you can prove what the trade was for and that it is him you are trading with, and proof of delivery

 

Does it help if I let the buyers post this as a note in the actual payment:

"This payment is for virtual non-refundable goods I received. I will not chargeback on this monetary payment."

ive used skrill for a long time now and no charge backs, customer support is also very good.

 

Skrill is pretty amazing 100% better than paypal I do not think you can be charged back though ive never been at least.

 

It is possible to be charge back'd if it is a stolen MoneyBookers and they get past authetnication. The method was patched as far as I know and MB is safe as far as people just trying to get $ back from their own MB and they are just retarded.
