how do you spawn things in moparscape?

ok basicly im trying to make a server because i no i can truly creat some funny anf fun things in one and i want to amuse ppl lol...

any way.......:

what i want to do is spawn a couple of monsters in some certain places

also how to spawn npc's and control what they say and trade.

and also how to place some walls/theiveing stalls and other stuff


IF YOU CAN GIVE ME A VERY GOOD AND DETAILED GUIDE TO DO THIS THEN I WOULD BE GREATFUL AND IF YOU LIKE,I CAN MAKE YOU AN ADMIN

how do you control what they trade? like im tryign to make some shops

also i would like to set up some ice chunks (like a wall) around my shopping area.

and how do i make certain places pk and other places non-pk? or do i need special coding for that
