From what I know, a very peaceful country.

I have been the Netherlands and it was probably the best country I have visited, everything is just so laid back. Minimal cars on the roads, everyone was friendly who I met and the country itself is beautiful.

And all those with reference to the drug laws, green is being made illegal from dec 2011 from what I have gathered.
