How do you recover an old account?

One of my friends got his main hacked and they changed his email. I know there's a way on the rs website to like submit your old ips,isp,pw's and stuff then you get your account back? Can anyone guide me through this?

 

hey my account was hacked once and i was able to get it back by only providing jagex the last 4 digs of the very first credit card i used for subscribing to runescape members. If you still have that then u could easily get ur account back!

 

When i got hacked i just emailed the support team, gave them previous passwords, ISP and date created and i had my account back the next day

 

The key things you'll want:

Creation IP
ISP
Location of creation
creation date
Any membership confirmation numbers or credit card info attached.

Contact jagex through twitter or on their forums from an alternate account , gl with your friends recovery .

 

Why is everyone banned?

 

send a ticket/email/twitter.

 

Ticket is the best way. Contact them on twitter too. The other account recovery hardly works.

 

They use to accept emails, but i don't think they do that anymore...correct me if I'm wrong...
