Well firstly, you download a source, like: Testscape, CheezScape, PimpScape.. etc, then you rewrite parts, learn some java, set up a no-ip. etc :O

Its a long process if your new, i suggest you look for a large tutorial

I would suggest using a private server site, that have's more easy-to-find tutorials..

Turn to ONE of thiese sites, they're in a board war dont use both ..
