How do you keep yourself motivated while questing?

I have 150 quest points on my zerker, I need 176. I've had 150 for a week. Every time I think about questing, I honestly just want to log off LOL. What do you guys do to keep yourself motivated?

 

I actually like questing. It brings a change to the game. Only problem is I'm pretty much done them all.

 

I'm having this same problem man. My character's stats are coming together beautifully and I am almost done with all my goals. However.... I still have SO MUCH damn questing to do. My original plan was to slowly plug away at the quests as I trained, but I kept putting it off and now I need about 65 quest points in order to get barrows gloves, aswell as to train all sorts of non-combat skills in order to do alot of the pre-required quests. I am really not looking forward to taking on this task and am seriously considering paying my little brother real life or RS cash to get him to spend a week doing all the quests for me on my account lol.

Motivation tips would be greatly appreciated!

I ask my friends irl to do it for me, lol. I have like 10 quests left till I can get the cape.

 

I agree with this completely. The only part where I'm not in the same boat is the whole "finishing them all" thing. . Um. What I do to keep motivated, is look at the reward. How I'm actually going to benefit from it. Usually I listen to music or talk to friends because that makes a 2 hour quest feel like 20 minutes.

 

i also have a zerker with turmoil what i did was i just got rune gloves !

 

I love questing one of my fav. things on RS when I played. I always had my iTunes or my dock for my iPod on and just blast out some music I love.

 

I think it's more getting the items/pre-stats that put the downer on quests.. Whereas doing the quest is sometimes fun?

 

Think about the rewards at the end.

 

Music, food, and quest that shit.

 

I used to enjoy quests for the most part, but with my current character, I just want him all trained and geared up and ready to kick some ass. The fact I have to complete like 30 quests and spend even more time on him seems like a major drag.

 

I sorta enjoy questing. That's why I offer it

 

Lol just use a guide an you will finish the quest in no time, and just talk to people while doing the quest, listen to music and eat food haha.
