How do you go about ensuring a safe MAIL trade? - Help needed please.

Hello I am wondering if anybody can help me with methods for mming a trade done by mail? Or is mming needed? Anybody that has traded via mail - their help would be much appreciated here! Thanks for reading.

 

If possible, I'd find a trusted/official middleman for the trade. That we he can be sent the money and cash, and if there are any issues he can easily send it back. However there will probably be a small fee.
