    It's offered through various events, and rewarded for completing miscellaneous tasks that benefit the site.

    how do you get a prize box?
    You basically have to help the site as Ghast said above or obtain it from time to time events that can be found on the forums.

    3 - donate and get them
    4 - pretend it's your birthday and ask an admin for one (proof of you celebrating your birthday in extravagant fashion required ;) )
