how do you edit wepion stats?

ok so...im stll consturcting my server...(ownscape.no-ip.org)

and i need to know where exactly to go for editing wep stats so i can make the dds or the scythe a pwnage one hit wonder wep...

SO PLEASE POST THE CODE TO INSERT AND HOW TO DO IT....I'D BE GRATEFUL IF U DID...I POST A VOUCHE FOR YOU.
