How Do You Check If SMS Pins Work?

I know theres a way to check SMS pins if they work but you don't use you just check to see if they work... Does anybody know how? I think there use to be a guide or something about it...

 

The only way to verify is to use it. You used to be able to verify.

 

Select another Country and type it in, it will say incorrect payment window if its valid, and invalid if its a phoney pin.
