How do you change your ip?

Yeah I just got banned from a private server for some shit reason. And I really liked it. But can some1 help me change my ip?

That is bullshit, the unplugging cords lol. Only person that can change it you isp company. The modem will always connect to your ip with the port.

Call your ISP if you have a static IP. Ask them to change you to a dynamic IP.
Or you could pay for acess to a private DHCP.

If you have dynamic you can just go to your ISP access page, and change it.

All I have to do is go to ipchicken.com copy the IP and paste it in the

address bar, it takes me to my ISP access page and I can easily access all of my internet controls (wireless settings, user lists ,MAC, IP stuff , etc.)

Static IP's are what they sound like - STATIC. Meaning, it won't change.

Dynamic IP's are also what they sound like - They change. If you have a dynamic, shutdown your router. Do a cold boot (meaning, wait 10 seconds and boot it again), and it should be changed.

If you have a static IP, unless you're hosting a dedicated server, get a dynamic plan. Lulz.
