How do people become resellers?

I want to become a reseller, but i really don't know where people buy the gold to make profit. I already have a place to sell to fast, i just need to know where i can purchase cheap amounts like .25-.27/mil

More than likely you won't get many sellers - or you might get a majority of people trying to scam you. To avoid this - always use a middleman and always take precautions when trading. Your best option, is to become more trusted, gain some vouches and get known in the community. Hypothetically speaking, I'd much rather sell my EOC at a low rate to someone trusted rather than to a newcomer.

To begin with, break even, get involved, have a nice layout on your thread and see where you go. You won't be able to purchase at a lower rate instantly. Best of luck.

 

As ASAP said or you can visit here and find people selling gold - http://www.sythe.org/eoc-runescape-gold-sales/ usually you'll just see the big sellers but sometimes you'll find others selling gold in there for cheap prices.

Being new, you'll have a hard time finding people to sell to you via paypal and you should think about opening up new methods such as Moneybookers, PlayerAuctions, Western Union etc..
