How do i upload a Animated Picture

Hello i wanted to know how people get animated pictures of them if you get me like this for example

say i want to upload a animated picture with me doing a spec on something how do i take it and how do i upload it?>

Well you can record it as a .avi then google an online avi to gif converter, then upload the gif at any site such as tinypic, etc...

 

how do i do i tho what stuff do i use?

 

You can use any screen capturing program like Hypercam or Camtasia to record whatever you want, then you google "avi to gif converter" and it will be an animated picture which you can upload to Tinypic or Imageshack or whatever.
