    Well I am thinking of making a Signature and how would I resize pictures?

    How do I Resize Pictures?
    If you have Photoshop, you could try two different things...
    1) Go to...
    Image > Image size > Width & Height > Ok.

    2) Using the crop tool, if you have extra surroundings around the image.
