you actually need to recover the account as if it was stolen.

So what if you cant recover it? i mean if i bought the account and all i know is present password and the current recoverys?

Ask the seller for every single peice of info.
When I sell my account I will be giving my paypal transaction ID, every single member pin I have saved (around 10), the exact week of creation, the months I never played, when I rejoined and the 4 password Ive ever used on the account.
These would guarentee you the recoverys will reset
