i tried to contact the ads mate Richard for days but no reply ,i paid to pre-order my banner, but he refunded me and sold to arcus, i paid on that bottom banner over 10months, Richard asked us to match his new price, i asked boss and confirm that price in 2hours,but Richard said he sold 2spots to arcus, is this shit business way ? he is sythe ads mate ,i try to get in touch but he just busy busy busy , i contact him just for banner thing ,but he ignore and sell to arcus, arcus got the first spot already ,now he sell 2spots to arcus ,that make me mad,even other bidder would be mad ,i prepare for the banner since 24th of this month ,now Richard arrange his ads like shit , he treat RSMALLS like shit , is my shit in your hand? what is the hell of this business way ? and in email he often no reply ,if you are busy can you let other good service mate to arrange ? we contact you just for businesss thing, not because you are handsome, ok ? ARE YOU OK ?

i talked all night with him in email ,but for my last 5email .he has no reply again , you know it is summer holiday now ,we need the banner urgently,but Richard did not take it seriously. Arcus got one spot is enough ,why he take another one if i give the same price or more? that is incredible not fair

First come, first served is a renowned business motto. I can understand that your position was taken because you were too late, but to give your position to someone who already holds a position is pretty lame, especially for the same price. There should've been a deadline for your response to match his new price imo.

But hey.. I don't own the place so my opinion doesn't matter.
