how do i put up a screenshot

Can anyone tell me how to put a pic on sythe thanks.

 

umm go to a how to runescape pictures section then to the thread called how to post and crop pictures... hold on i get a link....

Then go to browse, browse for your image where ever it is on your computer. Click on the image you want twice. Now click upload. After it uploads copy the second link from the bottom. Now paste it inbetween a
