Transactions

This may be a stupid question but I wanted to be sure. Would money deposits which I personally do at the bank teller be considered a transaction? It's not in a bank draft or in the form of a check. Simply cash deposits.

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the appropriate section. I was debating whether the Market section was more appropiate. Mods, I would appreciate it if you moved it to what you think is the right.

It is a transaction by literal means, but I'm assuming you are asking if it is considered a transaction in context of something else (taxes, other regulations etc)

 

I was asking because on one of my bank accounts, I'm being charged a fee per transaction and wanted to know whether that meant for deposits too.
