How do i know if i have a nice body?

You have an amazing body as it is, I feel like this is some sort of troll.

 

There's a girl who I'm very attracted to who has light skin, and she's amongst the most beautiful girls I've ever seen. She's very nice to talk to... soft skin does not show immaturity.

You should make a guide, if you haven't already

You can lose weight. Also there is no such thing as spot reduction, therefore to lose fat around the belly you must lose it all over ( weight doesn't disappear in one spot alone) if that makes sense. This can be done by eating at a calorie deficit and regular excersise.

You're looking at yourself the wrong way. What I'm hearing is you want your body to look good for guys, is this correct? Suppose if a guy didn't like you / your body, how would that make you feel?

It seems to me as if your self esteem is heavily dependent on what others think of your material appearance. This is a common thing among people. People stress out so much about how they appear to others, and that means other people have the power to make or break another's feelings. I personally have a friend that worries about looking fat every time I hang out with her, when really there's nothing wrong with her whatsoever. She isn't unattractive at all.

Having said that, there is nothing wrong with how you look. I do think you should see someone about your self-esteem and idea of self-image, though. It has the potential to be a huge problem for you when really there's nothing wrong with you whatsoever.

If you're concerned about guys being interested in your looks, or looking good for guys, maybe you should ask if you're actually going to find a worthwhile guy if he judges you merely on looks?

You have a nice shape like mentioned earlier cutting back on soft drinks helped a ton. i stopped drinking pop around 2 months ago and i have lost around 5-10 pounds which i'm super happy about because i'm under 200 again =P (i'm 6'3'')

but yeah you have a nice body just a little effort and you could have a great body.

This has already been said, but I reiterate: the most attractive thing about a girl to a guy is her personality, unless the guy is an absolute asshole.
