How do I get twitter followers?
I want more

Use a lot of hashtags, bro.

The bs way? Giveaways for those who retweet your posts. Or buy followers

the good one? Try and tweet interesting things, funny quotes or stories, funny pics, etc.

Tweeting alot would be a start, be interesting and try to be unique with your tweets.

Alright, thanks for the tips, should I also be using hashtags or linking people in tweets?

Hashtags I'd suggest. Unless its an original or funny comment regarding celebrity about a recent event that has a fair bit of media attention.
