How do I get this site to remove my banner?

There is this one RSPS site that was taking in banners because they needed a new one or something.

I created one, but I never gave them permission to use it. I posted it and they put it on the top of their forum. I requested that they take it down, yet they claim it was a gift.
I have the .psd and I am the only one with it.

What do I do...?


PS. I said I didn't want them to use it because the owner is a douche and so are the other administrators.

There isn't much you can do because they probably saved the file then re-uploaded.

I doubt you'd have any case in terms of copyright issues, because I doubt your work is copyrighted.

So, basically for the future, make sure you watermark stuff before you give it out so no people try and steal it. (I assume you know how to do that so I won't go into details about that).
