How do i get my account LOCKED?

Well long story short i swapped with this guy he recoverd his pass so i recoverd mine but my email won't change?...ive had this sort of prob before but it always changed when i recoverd stolen password any tips on how to get my account locked so i can unlock/get email taken off?

 

Send in multiple recovery requests from different Ip's(use a proxy)

 

This prob sounds really noob..but how do i do that XD lol

 

send in ALOT of recoveries. Stolen recovs. keep resetting router if its a dynamic ip.

 

Just post on the "Account help" forum under this thread asking to be locked...

Allready did that..no action has been taken for 4 days.

 

Mass appeals, once you and the opposite person who is appealing for the account annoy jagex enough, they lock the account.
